HI-JINKS AND SHENANIGANS

    Council could afford new laptops. A video streaming set up wouldn't cost much but it would involve revamping the website. Oh, hey I forgot, council was going to revamp the website with lots of new up to date features. Council's not quite with the programme of the informed world yet.
