I must say, I have been pissed at Council(s) before, but I must say, I have never, ever been as pissed as I am now and surprisingly NOT with or at (a) Council.
I, two hours later, must say, am still shaking with anger.
Minebuster, our fight to stop the mega quarry will get uglier and uglier. We KNOW that Hill and Knowlton don't play nice and it's obvious that Highland will do ANYTHING to own our water, I mean...limestone. We ALL need to have a thick skin for the road ahead. Which means learning to toss the bullshit aside and move forwards. The sensitive ones among us need to learn that running away is letting the bad guys win....
Stand up for what you believe in and don't let others belittle you. Only you have the power to allow yourself to be belittled.As said previously, running away lets others win and allows them to get what they want.
