HOW COME?

How can a politican make a public declaration against something before knowing the entire story and not be sued for prejudging something?  Maybe Mayor Fennell knows something local politicans don't?

BUT more importantly why can an urban municipality say NO to something but windturbines and open pit mines and gravel pits are still being shoved up the rural municipalities collective butts, so to speak.

Just wondering "How Come"

And here is a priceless quote from the Mayor of Brampton: We don’t want a second power plant, we want a second hospital,” said Fennell."

Really?  A second hospital?  Wow, all we want is ONE freaking hospital, not a laundry service.
