MNR comes down hard.....on a dog owner in Wasaga Beach.

But on a 2,300 acre, 200 foot below the water table open pit mine on prime agricultural land?
Not so much, because of course there is a "process" to be followed.
Why then, is Highland allowed to systematically destroy the habitat of the bobolink without so much as a slap on the wrist? One rule for the fat cats and another for the little people. This system is not a democracy it's a hypocrisy.
