Don't know. There's been talk for years of developing the old Hodgson property out Mill Lane and fronting the 15th (POA Osyany by the way, hmmm...) and "Places To Grow" favours infilling hamlets (and not allowing severances for rural land owners who just want a lot for family or a little nest egg sale). Nobody wants to move to Horning's Mills though. It's now just another f***ed up little s***hole. From enviable farming community fauceted through to hillbilly cash cow. Yeeha!
IF these anon posts are true, and who the hell knows, why would Osyany, the solicitor for Melancthon be working on a deal with Highlands and still working for Melancthon?
The Township has a specific lawyer that handles all the Highland's issues. He specializes in this type of thing. Osyany has next to nothing to do with the Highland file. I have no information regarding a Horning's Mills subdivision. The only subdivision I know of currently in progress is the Bretton Estates subdivision.
11:44, You'd do well to review council minutes and correspondence over the last couple of years to see how much Osyany has, in fact, had to do with "the Highland file" before distancing from it. Sheesh.

ReplyDeleteI heard Highlands has an option to purchase Hodgson's land.
ReplyDeletewow Bretton Woods, sounds like you have some anger issues...would Horning's Mills not let you in or something?

ReplyDeleteAny councillors want to provide a comment on these posts?
ReplyDeleteCouncillor(s) the silence is deafening and telling?
ReplyDeleteDidn't Council say that Burndisides couldn't work for them on the quarry for some reason. Then why can this lawyer work for them on the quarry?
