I don't get your point, 12:49. Walkerton's water contamination was caused by human error and stupidity and led to deaths and ongoing health problems for hundreds of people. The possible contamination of the MILLIONS of litres of water that will be handled by Highland (LOTS of human error and stupidity) daily will do far MORE harm. What difference does it make HOW the water gets poisoned? What IS different is that we have a chance to stop THIS disaster BEFORE it happens.....
