Wow, who knew a little old $23 billion Boston based hedgefund could create such a Sethuation in little old Melancthon?

Last year at planting time the Highland Companies, aka Baupost, aka Seth Klarman filed their application for their 2,300 acre 200 foot below the water table bigger than Niagara Falls open pit limestone mine.

I bet they were pretty surprised when, on the closing day of the Native Walk, the final day for filing submissions the MNR had received over 2,300 letters regarding their application.  All within 45 days.  All during planting season.

Now with absolutely no notice, the Aggregate Act Review has gone to committee.

During planting season.

In downtown Toronto.

I will beT the poor Clerk who is coordinating the emails, letters, delegation requests and phone calls has a few choice words for old Seth.

Here is last night's newcast from CTV Barrie-something for everyone.

Special thanks to the Chair of NDACT, Mayor Hill and Sylvia Jones MPP. http://ctvnewsbarrie.ca/play.php?vid=829

I assume you mean you "will bet the poor Clerk" rather than "be"
